The letter is very unprofessional sounding. You would think it'd sound much more hoity-toity better-than-thou with lots of lawyer speak. I don't know. It couldn't be worth VW's time to go after only this instance. What about the millions of websites out there most likely taking the VW logo and tweaking it to match the website's name or something like that? That's why I took special care with Volksbloggin. I figure the name Volksbloggin is already enough play on VW's name. Putting something similar to the logo in there would be over the top. :D Yeah… this just doesn’t even seem real to me.
