I don't think it in any way represents a Scirocco. In-fact, I think it looks absolutely horrid. Something like a BMW 1 series and a chopped GTI. I for one genuinely hope this never goes into production. Where are the angles that make Sciroccos so beautiful? I understand that it's a new age and boxy cars are not quite as efficient as these tear drop cars, but they sure as hell look nicer. I am not in any way an American car guy, but at least Camaro and Challenger look like their grand dads. Please, put an end to this lack luster crap we see driving down the street every day. Where you can say "Is that a BMW? Or is it a Mazda? Maybe a Toyota? Who knows these days." Bring back the beauty of German engineering and make this car right.
