I haven't heard any issues like this, but it's not incredibly suprising. The reliability of the Mark IV platform has been in question for some time. And the fact that the dealer won't even return your call is rediculous. We've already heard from others here at VB that have had the same reaction to the ads. They are easy to remember -- especially for me. I lost my husband in a car accident and each time one of the VW commercials comes on, I find it so traumatic that I must turn off the television. I plan on letting the networks know this information as well. I know that VW will not stop their realistic shock ad for one person but I can assure you that there are others like me who feel the same way.
