303 Aerospace Protectant: A Spring Cleaning Must

Just a quick plug for my new favorite automotive cleaning product.
Memorial day weekend is generally the deadline I set for myself for my spring-cleaning. It’s always marked the coming of summer, and for some reason I have a real problem doing “spring cleaning” in the summer. But my ever more demanding life schedule makes it easy to slack off on my cleaning chores, and forces me to focus on one area – which is usually my car.
I never cared about what I used to clean my old Corolla, I just operated under a “clean is clean” motto, and life was simple. I’d just slap whatever Armor All wipes I could find onto my dash, and make it horribly slick and glossy. After a discussion with Dax and Tekmassa a little while back, I told them of my cleaning methods and was taken back by their gasp of horror. Apparently Armor All isn’t the best thing for your interior’s finish, and they recommended 303 Aerospace Protectant as the staple for interior care. Never one to argue (especially with those two), I picked some up for my spring-cleaning.
I used it, and I’m a believer. The 303 gives you a nice satin finish, not too glossy or slick. I gave it a pretty quick once over (I didn’t have time to detail) and it really looks like I just got my car from the dealer. Normally dust will show every few days on my black interior, but I used the 303 days ago and see no dust bunnies hoppin’ on my dashboard. It just feels sexy and clean. Mmmmmmm.
Let’s be clear though – we at Volksbloggin are not payed to endorse anything. Our views are our own, so if we say we dig something like this, it’s because we’ve used it in our own cars and like it. We do our best to steer ya right.
So, all you neat freaks out there – take a gander at 303 Aerospace Protectant. It’s good stuff; I think you’ll like it. And all you with messy cars – freakin’ clean ‘em! Trust me, a clean car goes a long way for a healthy mindset. If you’re like me, mess and dirt can stress you out without even realizing it. Clean your car and you’ll rest easier.
Man. I love me some spring-cleaning!

Hmmm, I’ve always used Formula 2001, but I don’t like how super-slick it leaves stuff. Maybe I’ll give that 303 a try, it better not be one of those fancy cleaners that I can’t find at my local auto parts store (Napa).
Yeah, I dunno if you can find it at Napa - I got it from Better Car Care.
I love this stuff. And, man I forget the exact size, but the standard-size bottle that Tekmassa bought me when I first got my GTI has lasted me these past 2 1/2 years. And it’s still going. So a little of this stuff goes a long way. Great value for the price.
