Take some of the Polo, add a dash of Touareg and you get the UK’s new CrossPolo.
Is this the UK version of the Golf (errr…Rabbit) based SUV that’s set to be named later this month in the states? Mayhaps. It certainly looks like it could fit the bill.
But overall, I can’t say that I’m blown away.
I mean, I like it – don’t get me wrong. It seems aggressive, certainly more than a CRV or RAV 4. But it looks too Pontiac Vibe-ish to me. Then again, I might be jumping ahead here abit. We’ll just have to see what VW drops over here. It’s always fun to try to look over the headlights abit (okay, I’m sorry – that was a HORRIBLE pun) and try to predict what’s coming.

Looks a lot like the Golf Plus, with some extra plastic and stuff. If it’s called the CrossPolo you’d think it was based on the Polo, which makes me say “where the hell are the Polos???”.
I agree with the Vibe-ish look, but a lot of that is the nasty orange.
