		<description>Yeah, true dat man. Thankfully they were nice at least. That helps to deal with it. Funny thing is that I could have performed both repairs myself, but then I would have to at least buy the parts, so it&#039;s give and take I guess. :D</description>

		<description>It&#039;d have been nice if they offered you some complimentry chips or something. They always assume that people will leave vehicles for this type of work, which I never understood. Bringing in a car for service is already a burden for one person, why the hell should you involve someone else to take you to and from the dealer to have them waste thier time as well? It&#039;d be helpful if they could tell you how long service would take, but they never can. They always say &quot;you customer service representative should be able to tell you the day of the appointment&quot;. That doesn&#039;t really help to avoid that fact that you had to wait longer because your service ran into lunch. 

Geez. It&#039;s all such a headache.</description>
