So why is this on Volksbloggin? For one, watching a dude smoke a Prius is always fun. But what’s really important is the fact that Mr. Clarkson says:
“…but then they also say it gets 66 miles to the gallon. Yeah, right. If you drive normally, not fast, not mad in any way, you’ll get 45 miles to the gallon. Tops. The only thing that drinks more than this is the England cricket team. So if it’s economy you’re after or you have a need in some way to save the planet, buy a Golf diesel. I promise, it’ll be better.”
Rock on Jeremy. You just keep blowing cars up, and making wisecracks with your fantastic accent.

That was good, but I feel a little dirty now that I’ve watched it. Guess I’ll jump in one of my diesel Golfs and drive around for a while.
