Volkswagen of America, Inc. and Wray Volkswagen yesterday celebrated the sale of the 13 millionth Volkswagen vehicle in the United States, a Wolfsburg Edition Jetta sold at Wray Volkswagen in Columbia. To celebrate this milestone sale, Volkswagen presented the owner, Kenneth “Frank” Phillips of Sumter, SC, with a waiver for the first 13 payments of the vehicle, a $1300 gas card and $1300 in authorized VW accessories.
