My wife and I picked up our first grill for the house last weekend, and you guessed it…
we drove home with it stuffed into the back of the ol’ GTI. :D The little guy never ceases to amaze me.
Contents: One 6ft. 3in. dude, one wife, one grill boxed, one propane tank.

Friggin’ sweet! I love how versatile they are….
I was surprised to fit a full sized (not oversized tho) recliner in my golf, back in the day. kinda like the old da da da commercial.
Going from the golf to a passat, I really did miss the hatch. Looking to forward to going back to a rabbit when the passat lease is up. Its nice to see that the ’08’s are up to 170hhp, same as my ‘04 passat 1.8T.
dubs own! my wife sold two 6 piece drum kits and we got em into a friends jetta. *note: not a wagon!

I went to Best Buy- worked a great deal on an HDTV. $3000 model when new- got it for $700 on clearance- brand new. Guy wheels it out to my car- looks at my 2003 GTI and says, I don’t think it will fit. 46″ Sony TV, fully enclosed in the box…
I looked at him and said, “Watch”.
It fit with room to spare… the guy almost fell over…

i went to ikea a few months,well no it was about a year ago, i got a coffee table, kitchen table+4 chairs,2 curtian rods and a dresser into my 05 gti… + me and a friend and 4 bags of textlies, lamp, pillows etc…. there were about 5 employees outside laughing at me shoving the boxes into my little dub, one of them even came over with string, i didnt need it
