By that logic you could make that argument for crappy work about any part of the car thats not related to the drive train or the body. The audio supplier is answerable to VW and VW is answerable to me since I plunked down my money for one. That is ridiculous. If you want VW to improve it's suspension, that's one thing, but to tell them you want a better iPod interface with their stereo's is asking a fish to climb a tree. You need to be asking Panasonic, the primary audio system supplier for VW to offer a better interface to incorporate into the car. Remember, Volkswagen is not in the stereo business.
