The Volkswagen brand achieved a worldwide sales increase of 7.9 percent between January and July 2007 as compared to the same period last year. A total of 2.11 million vehicles were delivered to customers from the broad VW model range from Fox to Phaeton in those seven months. “We have never sold so many Volkswagen vehicles in this period before.
