Volkswagen of America, Inc. exhibited a prototype clean diesel Jetta TDI sedan, Touran HyMotion Fuel Cell concept, and “Junior,” an autonomously driven diesel Passat wagon modified to compete in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Urban Challenge. These vehicles were shown during an automotive technical exhibition for German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Atherton, California on August 29. Via media.vw.com
