Incidently to I think that the search returns based upon a postcode and there&#039;s a distance slider in the fine-tune options.</description>

		<description>Wow, what an awesome use of technology.  Going to look into Flex a bit more as I think there are loads of applications for this technology. I&#039;ve always thought it would be useful to have a centralised app that looks at local estate agents (I&#039;m house hunting) and means I don&#039;t need to go to them all as this will do it for me.  Thanks for the link!</description>
