Stefan Jacoby, CEO of Volkswagen of America, Inc. today announced the appointment of Tim Ellis as Vice President/ Marketing for the Volkswagen brand. Ellis will lead and direct all aspects of marketing communications for the Volkswagen brand in the United States.
