Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. announced today the appointment of Mark Barnes as chief operating officer, Volkswagen of America, Inc., effective January 15, 2008. Barnes will report directly to Stefan Jacoby, president and CEO of Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. Via media.vw.com
