No Cincy Love on VW.com?!

The Cincinnati Auto Expo is occurring literally less than a couple hundred feet from my front door. I’ve been looking forward to it ever since I learned of it’s date and location, and I’ve been looking forward to taking a peek at some of my favorite carmaker’s new beauties. But my heart stopped briefly when I was cruising around vw.com/vwhype today, and I didn’t see Cincy’s Auto Show listed among the other numerous events for the month.

After some digging (because the auto expo doesn’t seem to have an official site…..grrrrrrrrr) I was comforted by seeing VW among the listed presenters at the show. But I’m still weary.

Hear me VW - if you don’t come to Cincy I’ll be pissed. And when you come, you better have a decent showing. I wanna see a 2008 R32 in person. I want to see the fabled Tiguan. I wanna see the Passat coupe. And by god, I wanna have some taste of the Scirocco = whether it’s coming or not (I can’t keep track anymore).

I’ll see you sometime between February 21st and 24th VW. At least I’d better see you.
