I would like to let the folks at corporate know what needs to be done to survive in the US.

First of all, establish a strong corporate culture. Currently your corporate culture is very weak and operates many subcultures throughout your American Corporate establishments in particular Auburn Hills. A weak culture will undermine anything you are trying to accomplish. Secondly, you need to hire top managers that know the automotive business. In particular the aftersales division, parts, service, dealers etc. Your parts procurement department in particular is far from even being status quo. Much work needs to be done here. Thirdly, your IT, logistics, and reporting tools are inefficient, outdated, and are doing nothing for you other than costing you money. Basically, you are running the furnace with the windows open. Upgrade your leadership, IT and get some good reporting tools that track leading indicators not just lagging and you will improve dramatically. Lastly, bring the cost down on repairs and improve quality.
